For so long is seems that I have forgotten about the importance of nurturing myself
Needing to remember to remind me of me....so compressed and in need of setting free
from now on this lady is gone be doin me....I mean the importance of self love is lacking
it seems....these days everyone appears to be wrapped into a bubble of illusion...simply
avoiding the realities of loosing ones self and spirit....too afraid to voice or admit it.... yet the time is now
so said my inner spirit......
