Where have you gone
you seem to have left
I called out to you with hopes of you returning
to renew what we once shared
now I am left with these tears to remind me of your absence
straight on empty with no foreseable way of refilling
longing to feel the warmth that you bring
wishing that my heart can again sing
unto the love that you bring
yearning for that deep inner glow
and partaking in the things that only we know
I thought you'd be back
if only I'd call, and as the seasons passed I began to wonder
if you missed me at all
See there once was a time that I believed in you
and all the changes that you brought within me too
Yet here we are again
at another stalemate, and I still lay awake at night
contemplating as to the whats, whens, and why's
love left without any sign of return
my heart is empty and I'm fighting that scorned, burnt, feeling from not having you near
I want to remain open to have that experience again
So I am sending a message in a bottle to you one last time
to let you know that I'm missing you and need you in my life
To fulfill
To share
To give
To have and to hold
I need you there unconditionally and whole
I just wanted you to know that I am missing you love
ahhh!!! Ms. Arie...you must write for me and know of the situations i have encounterd and still dealing with each day....
every write of yours is exactly how i feel about my so special man..like i said before...
it's dope....you know precisely how i feel about this man and we've never met...
